Web Login Instructions


Web Conferencing allows you to share your presentations and documents on the Internet with your participants. Anyone with an Internet connection may view the documents during the call.

Moderator Instructions for Web Conferencing

  1. If you are a first time moderator please click here to install the web controls.  If you are a returning moderator please skip to step 2.
  2. Click on the  icon in your start up tray on the bottom right hand side of your screen.
  3. Select the option "Start a Meeting"

  4. Select how you would like to join the voice portion of your meeting in the first Quick Start menu and click Continue.
  5. Select whether you’d like to show your participants a presentation, a file/application, your entire desktop, or share nothing and simply manage the voice portion of the call.  Click OK."

    Participant

    1. Click here for Participant Access.
    2. Enter the Meeting Room Number, click Join Live Meeting (you do not need to enter the star(*) key).
    3. Enter your name and click Join Live Meeting.
