Audio Dial-in Instructions

If you need assistance during a Reservationless Audio conference dial *10*.  A representative will remove your line from the conference to assist you.  If you are unable to successfully join a conference dial 1.800.860.8000, option 2.

Participant:

• Dial the Access Number provided by the Moderator
• When prompted, dial *Meeting Room Number* (Enter the star (*) key before and after the seven digit Meeting Room Number.) 
• You will be on music hold until the Moderator open the conference

Moderator:

• Dial your Toll Free or Toll access number
• Dial your Meeting Room Number (Enter the star (*) key before and after the seven digit Meeting Room Number.)
• Dial your Moderator Personal Identification Number (PIN).  (Enter the star (*) key before and after the four digit PIN.)
• Your participants will dial the same Access Number and Meeting Room Number. They will be on music hold until you begin the conference by entering your PIN.
• Your conference is now in session! You will be notified by two audible beeps as conference participants join your meeting. Please note: Your PIN number is used only when you host a conference. Please do not give your PIN to conference participants.
