Online Presentation
Host an online presentation of PowerPoint™ slides to increase understanding and retention of key points of your Event Audio conference call. Participants submit their details to the hosting organization through a Web “log on” page. The slides appear within the participant interface.
Online Presentation with Audio Streaming
Audio Streaming adds a simultaneous stream to the core audio service, so participants can choose the way they listen to the event – either via the audio conference or via streaming using their Internet browser and computer speakers. Audio Streaming provides event organizers with a very cost effective and simple way to reach hundreds, even thousands of participants without breaking budgets.
Video Streaming
Bring your global audience to your live event by broadcasting live video streaming over the Internet to any PC. A video stream of your live broadcast is synchronized with slides, corporate graphics and sound. Even after the event, a complete video streamed archive can be accessed by users so that they can watch the event, from start to finish, and feel they have participated in a valuable experience.
Additional Event Enhancing Features
Event Registration - Learn more about your audience with Event Registration. Event Registration enables participants to register in advance for your event via the Web. Most importantly, it enables you to gather your audience's professional contact information to use for targeted marketing campaigns, lead generation and follow-up.
Follow Your Audience - Our unique moderator interface enables you to view real-time information about your participants and the information they've submitted, e.g. see who's connected, screen incoming questions, view polling results).
Web Q&A - Web Q&A offers participants the ability to submit a question via the same Web interface they are using to view the PowerPoint slides.
Download Slides - When enabled by the presenter a link on the participant interface will show that a PDF copy of the slides is available for downloading.
Archiving - Extend the reach of your event with an archive of your event hosted by Qwest. Those who could not attend the live event can get up to speed at a time convenient for their schedule. The first 3 months of hosted archiving are included in the cost of Event Web services!
